The Law of God commands the following, which is a passage that is frequently mistranslated hiding its true meaning,
And if two men should do combat, and should strike a woman having one in the womb, and should come forth her child not harmed*, with a fine he shall be penalized, in so far as the husband of the woman should put on him, and he shall give by means of what is fit. And if it should be harmed*, he shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe. (Exodus 21:22-25 [MODIFIED-ABP])*
Where if harm came to an unborn baby that came out of the womb because of the hit, then this rule will apply to the person that caused the harm, “life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe”, so if the baby lost an eye, that person must also lose an eye, if the baby lost his tooth, that person must also lose a tooth, if the baby lost a foot, that person must lose a foot, if the baby came out with a burn, a burn must be inflicted on that person, if the baby came out with a wound, a wound must be inflicted on that person, if the baby came out with a stripe, then a stripe must be inflicted on that person, and if the baby lost his life, then that person must also lose his life, because causing a unborn baby to lose his life is murder, no different than if someone murdered an adult,
“‘If anyone strikes someone a fatal blow with an iron object, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death. (Numbers 35:16 [NIV])
Where the righteous punishment for murder is death according to the Law of God, where pregnant women who abort their unborn babies, in any term of their pregnancy, also deserve to die for committing murder.
