The Identity of the Antichrist, the Two Beasts of Revelation, and the Whore of Babylon

The Second Coming, the Trumpet Blasts, the Bowls of Wrath, and Inheriting the Earth

Third Temple Before the Second Coming, Temple of Ezekiel During the Millennial Rulership, 42 Months Jerusalem is Trampled, and the 2300 Days of Daniel

The two witnesses mentioned here in the book of Revelation,

And I will appoint my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.” They are “the two olive trees” and the two lampstands, and “they stand before the Lord of the earth.” (Revelation 11:3-4 [NIV])

Are not figurative witnesses, but two literal prophets that will eventually die in Jerusalem,

Their bodies will lie in the public square of the great city–which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt–where also their Lord was crucified. (Revelation 11:8 [NIV])

Which is why there is a distinction between the “1,260 days” they prophesy and the “42 months” the holy city is trampled,

But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months. (Revelation 11:2 [NIV])

Because although they both equal 3.5 years, they are expressed differently because one time is figurative, whereas the other time is literal, where the 42 months was a time of 1,260 literal years expressed figuratively, and the 1,260 days is a time of 3.5 literal years expressed literally, where the reason they are mentioned after the sixth trumpet of Revelation,

The sixth angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard a voice coming from the four horns of the golden altar that is before God. It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind. (Revelation 9:13-15 [NIV])

And before the seventh trumpet of Revelation,

And the seventh angel trumped. And there were great voice in the heaven, saying, The kingdom of the world is become of our Lord, and  of his Christ, and he shall reign into the aeons* of the aeons*. (Revelation of John 11:15 [MODIFIED-ABP])*

Interlinear Links: *αἰῶνας (aeons), αἰώνων (aeons), Revelation 11:15

Is because that is around the time they die, in between the 6th and 7th trumpets, and since we know the trumpet blasts of Revelation are associated with the second coming of Jesus Christ,

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God… (1 Thessalonians 4:16 [NIV])

Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven… with a loud trumpet call…(Matthew 24:30-31 [NIV])

Where his coming is at the end of the sixth seal of Revelation, just before the seventh seal, which is the seven trumpets of Revelation,

I watched as he opened the sixth seal… The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?” (Revelation 6:12-17 [NIV])

When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.
(Revelation 8:1-2 [NIV])

And these seven trumpet blasts will begin on the first day of the seventh month to fulfill the Festival of Trumpets commanded by the Law of God,

“‘On the first day of the seventh month hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. It is a day for you to sound the trumpets. (Numbers 29:1 [NIV])

Where the last trumpet to be blasted will be on the tenth day of the seventh month, after the Festival of Trumpets,

Then have the trumpet sounded everywhere on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement sound the trumpet throughout your land.Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you; each of you is to return to your family property and to your own clan. The fiftieth year shall be a jubilee for you; do not sow and do not reap what grows of itself or harvest the untended vines. (Leviticus 25:9-11 [NIV])

Which will be on the Day of Atonement, in a year of Jubilee,

“However, on the tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of AtonementIt’s a sacred assembly for you. Humble yourselves and bring an offering made by fire to the LORD. You are not to do any work that same day. It’s the Day of Atonement, because your atonement is made in the presence of the LORD your God. Anyone who doesn’t humble himself that same day is to be eliminated from contact with his people. I’ll eliminate anyone who does work that day from among his people. (Leviticus 23:27-30 [ISV])

Which is the last trumpet Paul spoke of, where the dead will be raised,

[51] Behold, I speak a mystery to you; we shall not all indeed sleep, but all shall be changed, [52] in an instant, in the blink of an eye, at the last trumpet. For it shall trump, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. [53] For it is necessary this corruption to put on incorruptibility, and this mortal to put on immortality. [54] But whenever this corruptible should have put on incorruptibility, and this mortal should have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the word having been written, Death was swallowed down in victory.
(I Corinthians 15:51-54 [ABP])

And caught up into the clouds to meet Jesus Christ in the air after his coming,

This is because the Lord himself will come down from heavenwith the signal of a shout by the head angel and a blast on God’s trumpet. First, those who are dead in Christ will rise. 17 Then, we who are living and still around will be taken up together with them in the clouds to meet with the Lord in the air. That way we will always be with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 [CEB])

Which is the resurrection these two prophets will also be resurrected in 3.5 days later, on the tenth day, hence why they are also caught up into the clouds,

But after the three and a half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them. Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on. (Revelation 11:11-12 [NIV])

And since we know the coming of Jesus Christ will be around autumn in correlation with the Festival of Trumpets, and we know the time of death of the two witnesses, then we know they will apear around the spring time 3.5 years prior to the second coming, where they will have great authority to afflict the earth with plagues, because they are last warning before the day of the second coming,

They have power to shut up the heavens so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want. (Revelation 11:6 [NIV])

And no one can kill them during the 3.5 years of their prophesying,

If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies. This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die. (Revelation 11:5 [NIV])

Where the plagues they will bring will be so terrible that many will celebrate their death,

For three and a half days some from every people, tribe, language and nation will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial.  The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth. (Revelation 11:9-10 [NIV])

And they will be killed by the final formation of the “United States of Europe”, which is the beast the rises out of the Abyss,

Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them. (Revelation 11:7 [NIV])

For that is the eighth and final head of the first beast of Revelation,

The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction. (Revelation 17:11 [NIV])

The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and yet will come up out of the Abyss and go to its destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because it once was, now is not, and yet will come. (Revelation 17:8 [NIV])

Which is the eighth and final kingdom that comes after the Ottomans as the seventh kingdom, and the Romans as the sixth kingdom, and the Greeks as the fifth kingdom, and the Medo-Persians as the fourth kingdom, and the Babylonians as the third kingdom, and the Assyrians as the second kingdom, and the first kingdom, who were the first to come against the people of God, the Egyptians, which is why five kings had already fallen when the vision was given to John,

And there are seven kings — the five fallen, the one isthe other not yet is come… (Revelation 17:10 [ABP])

For at the time the vision was given, the Romans, which were the sixth kingdom, were in authority, with the previous five kingdoms already fallen. These two prophets will also be born among the generation they prophesy to, just as John the Baptist was a prophet born among the generation he prophesied to, yet he was figuratively the “Elijah” that was said to come before Christ,

“See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes. He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction.” (Malachi 4:5-6 [NIV])

But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John. He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, for he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born. He will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord their God. And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous–to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” (Luke 1:13-17 [NIV])

Then his disciples asked him, “Why do the teachers of religious law insist that Elijah must return before the Messiah comes?” Jesus replied, “Elijah is indeed coming first to get everything ready. But I tell you, Elijah has already come, but he wasn’t recognized, and they chose to abuse him. And in the same way they will also make the Son of Man suffer.” Then the disciples realized he was talking about John the Baptist. (Matthew 17:10-13 [NLT])
